The holiday "Trifon Zarezan" is celebrated annually on the territory of the municipality of Mineralni Bani, and  most widely  in the village of Susam, where the largest vineyards are concentrated. A ritual pruning of the vineyards is carried out in the presence of residents of the village of Susam and guests from nearby villages. Guests of the event are also employees of the municipal administration led by the mayor of the municipality, who presents his wishes for health, luck,a fertile, generous, rich year  and there to be more wine and brandy.

The celebration continues in the center of the village / village of Susam /, where a folk orchestra performs traditional songs and melodies for the holiday. Graceful round dances are played till late.
